100% Gamay from Beaujolais, France
Winemaking
Ancestral method, in VAT.
It only uses the natural sugars present in the grapes, also giving a low alcoholic content. Aged 3 months.
Tasting Notes
This sparkling beauty is a violet-red color with lasting, abundant bubbles and pronounced aromas of juicy strawberries and blackberries. The palate is well-balanced, full, and rich with a touch of acidity on the finish and nuances of wild strawberries and raspberries. This is a festive and pleasant wine perfect for any occassions.
